You will be responsible for delivering the business operations and the day-to-day technical services operations of the internal data collection process across a large group of applications within the entire business life cycle to support specific areas of GSK, such as Global Legal & Compliance, CRAM – Compliance Risk Analytics & Monitoring, Audit & Assurance, CSI and Legal Investigations.

The process includes data delivery, compliance alignment, process maintenance, life cycle management, planning of data extracting, delivery and disposal process from a variety of production business applications and ensuring the support strategy is in alignment with the overall TECH and business direction.

· We are looking for professionals with these essential skills and experience to succeed in this role:

· Experience managing IT services or operational processes, with the ability to deliver work within agreed service levels and timelines.
