Revise orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes or inventory availability
डिलीवरी की तारीख बदलने, जरूरत बदलने या स्टॉक (माल) की उपलब्धता के अनुसार ऑर्डर्स में जरूरी बदलाव करना।

Following up with vendors on shipping date estimation.
सामान भेजने (शिपिंग) की तारीख का अंदाजा लगाने के लिए वेंडर्स (सप्लायर्स) से लगातार संपर्क बनाए रखना।

Constant communication with internal team, confirming orders, informing of shipping date(s), any possible delays, and back orders
कंपनी की अंदरूनी टीम से लगातार बातचीत करना, ऑर्डर्स कन्फर्म करना, शिपिंग की तारीख बताना और किसी भी तरह की देरी या पेंडिंग ऑर्डर्स की जानकारी देना।

Organized and Efficient
अपने काम को व्यवस्थित तरीके से रखना और कम समय में बिना गलती के बेहतर ढंग से पूरा करना।

Provide weekly order updates; Responsible to ensure all orders are on time and routed as per customer requirements.

✅ Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in order management, purchasing, finance or sales operations
ऑर्डर मैनेजमेंट, खरीदारी (परचेजिंग), फाइनेंस या सेल्स ऑपरेशन्स में कम से कम 3 साल का अनुभव होना जरूरी है। 

Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred
फाइनेंस में बैचलर डिग्री (जैसे B.Com, BBA आदि) होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता (तवज्जो) दी जाएगी। 

Experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite are preferred
अगर आपको 'Salesforce' और 'Oracle NetSuite' सॉफ्टवेयर पर काम करने का अनुभव है, तो उसे ज्यादा पसंद किया जाएगा। 

Must possess positive attitude and willingness to succeed
सकारात्मक सोच (पॉजिटिव एटीट्यूड) और जीवन में आगे बढ़ने व कामयाब होने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए।

Strong organizational and financial skills, as well as problem solving agility also required

Must also be proficient in standard business tools including Microsoft office
