Native-level fluency in Malayalam (written and spoken)
मलयालम भाषा (लिखने और बोलने) पर मातृभाषा जैसी मजबूत पकड़ होनी चाहिए।

Strong written communication skills in the target language
मलयालम भाषा में लिखने की कला बेहतरीन होनी चाहिए।

Proficiency in English
अंग्रेजी भाषा का अच्छा ज्ञान होना जरूरी है।

Background in linguistics, translation, or language quality assessment preferred
भाषा विज्ञान, अनुवाद, या भाषा की क्वालिटी जांचने का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and consistency
बिना किसी मदद के खुद से काम करने और बारीकियों पर लगातार ध्यान देने की क्षमता हो।
