✅ Key Responsibilities/What You’ll Do
• Handle compliance processes related to PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, and payment regulations
पेमेंट (PCI-DSS), मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकने (AML), ग्राहकों की पहचान (KYC) और सरकारी नियमों का सही से पालन करना और उनकी जिम्मेदारी संभालना।
• Review and verify merchant compliance documentation and onboarding requirements
नए दुकानदारों या कंपनियों (Merchants) को सिस्टम से जोड़ते समय उनके कानूनी कागजात की जांच करना और उन्हें वेरिफाई करना।
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, NDAs, merchant agreements, and partnership documents
कानूनी समझौते (Contracts), बिना जानकारी बाहर न भेजने वाले नियम (NDAs) और पार्टनरशिप के कागजात बनाना, उन्हें पढ़ना और उनमें जरूरी बदलाव तय करना।
• Ensure compliance with regional and international fintech regulations
अपने देश के और दुनिया भर के फाइनेंस-टेक्नोलॉजी (Fintech) से जुड़े सभी सरकारी कानूनों का पूरी तरह पालन करना।
• Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and internal teams on compliance matters
नियमों के मामलों पर बैंकों, पेमेंट करने वाली कंपनियों और अपनी कंपनी के बाकी विभागों के साथ मिलकर बातचीत और काम करना।
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement required policy changes
सरकार या रिजर्व बैंक के नए नियमों पर नजर रखना और उनके हिसाब से अपनी कंपनी के नियमों में बदलाव करना।
• Conduct risk assessments and support audit processes
कंपनी में होने वाले नुकसान या खतरों (Risks) का अंदाजा लगाना और जब बाहर से टीम जांच (Audit) करने आए, तो उनकी मदद करना।
• Work closely with operations and management teams on legal and compliance strategy
कंपनी के बड़े अधिकारियों और काम संभालने वाली टीमों के साथ मिलकर कानूनी रणनीतियां और प्लानिंग तैयार करना।

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3–6+ years of experience in fintech, payments, legal compliance, or financial services
फिनटेक (Fintech), पेमेंट कंपनियों, कानूनी नियमों (Compliance) या बैंकिंग सेक्टर में कम से कम 3 से 6 साल काम करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and merchant onboarding compliance
मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकने के नियमों (AML), ग्राहकों की पहचान (KYC) और नए दुकानदारों या बिजनेस को कंपनी से जोड़ते समय होने वाली कानूनी जांच की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
• Experience in legal drafting, contract review, and commercial agreements
कानूनी कागजात बनाने, बिजनेस समझौतों (Contracts) को ध्यान से पढ़ने और उन्हें तैयार करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• Knowledge of payment gateway operations and merchant risk management
पेमेंट गेटवे (जैसे ऑनलाइन पैसे ट्रांसफर होने का सिस्टम) कैसे काम करता है और दुकानदारों से जुड़े धोखाधड़ी या नुकसान के खतरों को कैसे रोकना है, इसकी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
बातचीत करने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा होना चाहिए और चीजों या समस्याओं को गहराई से समझने व उनका विश्लेषण करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
बिना किसी की लगातार निगरानी के, घर से (Work from Home) खुद जिम्मेदारी लेकर अच्छे से काम करने की काबिलियत होनी चाहिए।
