Company is looking for 1 Payroll Specialist located in India, with experience in Romania, Algeria, Latvia, and Slovenia to support a large payroll project (transitioning to a new payroll software) for an end client.
कंपनी को भारत में रहने वाले 1 पेरोल स्पेशलिस्ट (Payroll Specialist) की तलाश है, जिसके पास रोमानिया, अल्जीरिया, लातविया और स्लोवेनिया के पेरोल का अनुभव हो, ताकि वे एक बड़े पेरोल प्रोजेक्ट (एक नए पेरोल सॉफ्टवेयर में शिफ्ट होने के काम) में मदद कर सकें। 
Responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for the countries above.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 4 years of payroll operational experience running payroll/handling payroll operations in Romania, Algeria, Latvia, and Slovenia duties including updating tax forms, consolidating payroll inputs, understanding commissions & bonuses, time & attendance, identifying data exceptions, reviewing exception reports, using a ticketing tool, conducting accruals, and process/validate/sense check payroll.
रोमानिया, अल्जीरिया, लातविया और स्लोवेनिया में सैलरी (पेरोल) प्रोसेस करने या संभालने का कम से कम 4 साल का प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव होना चाहिए; जिसमें टैक्स फॉर्म अपडेट करना, पेरोल डेटा इकट्ठा करना, कमीशन और बोनस की समझ, टाइम और अटेंडेंस संभालना, डेटा में गलतियां पहचानना, गड़बड़ी वाली रिपोर्ट्स की जांच करना, टिकटिंग टूल का इस्तेमाल करना, एक्रूअल्स (accruals) करना और पेरोल को प्रोसेस व री-चेक करना शामिल है। 
Strong experience working with global payroll solutions (SAP, ADP, Strada, Workday, etc.)
ग्लोबल पेरोल सॉफ्टवेयर जैसे कि SAP, ADP, Strada, Workday आदि पर काम करने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए। 
Payroll project support experience.
पेरोल से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स में सपोर्ट देने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
Strong Logical Analysis
लॉजिकल एनालिसिस (तार्किक रूप से चीजों को समझने और विश्लेषण करने) की मजबूत क्षमता होनी चाहिए। 
Ticketing system experience. (Jira preferred)
टिकटिंग सिस्टम (जैसे कि Jira) का इस्तेमाल करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। 
Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस (जैसे Excel, Word) पर काम करने का बेहतरीन अनुभव होना चाहिए। 
Excellent communicator and collaborator
बातचीत करने और दूसरों के साथ मिलकर काम करने में बहुत कुशल होना चाहिए।

Strong experience communicating to multiple payroll vendors
अलग-अलग पेरोल वेंडर्स (एजेंसियों) के साथ बातचीत और तालमेल बिठाने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए।
