✅Position Responsibilities
टैलेंट (यूजर्स) द्वारा बताई गई समस्याओं की शुरुआत से अंत तक पूरी जांच करें। कमियों (bugs) को खुद दोहराकर देखें, समस्या की असली वजह का पता लगाएं, और यह अंतर स्पष्ट करें कि समस्या यूजर के इस्तेमाल करने के तरीके (UX friction) से है, एआई मॉडल (model edge cases) की वजह से है, या सिस्टम की खराबी है।
हमारे एआई (AI) और सास (SaaS) सिस्टम के काम करने के तरीके को समझने के लिए टेलीमेट्री, लॉग्स, नेटवर्क निरीक्षण और डेटाबेस क्वेरी का उपयोग करके कमियों को ढूंढें और उन्हें ठीक (debug) करें।
सही समझ और फैसले के साथ समस्याओं को उनकी गंभीरता के हिसाब से बांटें। जो तकनीकी या इंजीनियरिंग की असली समस्याएं हैं, उन्हें बड़ी टीम तक पहुंचाएं (escalate करें) और बाकी समस्याओं को सिस्टम सेटिंग्स बदलकर, प्रॉम्प्ट को बेहतर करके या यूजर को सही रास्ता दिखाकर खुद हल करें।

साफ और स्पष्ट डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और गाइडबुक (runbooks) तैयार करें, ताकि एक ही समस्या बार-बार न आए और उन्हें जल्दी ठीक करने में मदद मिले।
बातचीत करते समय पूरी तरह सटीक (precise) रहें, पेशेवर (professional) तरीका अपनाएं और सामने वाले की परेशानी को समझते हुए सहानुभूति (empathy) दिखाएं।

✅ Requirements
वेब एप्लिकेशन्स में कमियों को ढूंढने और उन्हें ठीक करने (debug करने) की क्षमता होनी चाहिए। यह योग्यता किसी बड़े या टॉप संस्थान से कंप्यूटर साइंस, सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियरिंग या इससे जुड़े तकनीकी क्षेत्र की डिग्री से, या फिर किसी तेजी से बढ़ते हुए टेक स्टार्टअप में काम करने के अनुभव से आई हो।
आधुनिक वेब एप्लिकेशन्स (जैसे React, Node, Flask, Next.js आदि) को बनाने का अनुभव हो या फिर ऐसे वेब एप्लिकेशन्स पर काम करने वाले ग्राहकों को तकनीकी सहायता (customer support) देने का 2 से 5 साल का अनुभव हो।
एआई (AI) सिस्टम के साथ काम करने में आसानी महसूस करते हों—यानी आपने पहले एलएलएम (LLMs), एआई एजेंट्स (agents) या जेनरेटिव मॉडल्स (generative models) का इस्तेमाल किया हो या उनके साथ प्रयोग किए हों।
एआई टूल्स के काम करने के तरीके को करीब से समझने का अनुभव हो (जैसे fine-tuning करना, prompt chains बनाना, chain-of-thought के जरिए गड़बड़ियां ठीक करना, या एआई एजेंट्स बनाना)।
एआई मॉडल द्वारा दिए गए जवाबों (outputs), उसके काम न करने के तरीकों (failure modes), मनगढ़ंत जवाबों (hallucinations) और फीडबैक लूप्स को समझने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
