Responsibilities:
सेल्स एआई (Sales AI) एप्लिकेशन्स के लॉन्च होने के बाद के सभी कामों को शुरू से अंत तक संभालना, जिसमें उनकी उपलब्धता, परफॉर्मेंस, सपोर्ट की तैयारी, नए अपडेट्स (Releases) और भविष्य की प्लानिंग शामिल है।
समस्याओं को जल्दी सुलझाने, बदलावों को मैनेज करने और दिक्कतों को दूर करने के लिए असरदार तरीके बनाना। खराबी आने पर सिस्टम को तुरंत ठीक करना और ऐसे सुधार करना जो लंबे समय तक टिकें।
सिस्टम के परफॉर्मेंस डेटा, डैशबोर्ड, अलर्ट और यूजर्स से मिलने वाले फीडबैक पर ध्यान देना ताकि किसी भी खतरे, सिस्टम की सुस्ती या इस्तेमाल में आ रही कमियों को पहले ही पहचाना जा सके।
दूसरी सहयोगी टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम करना ताकि सिस्टम के संकेतों और यूजर्स की जरूरतों को समझकर जरूरी सुधारों को प्राथमिकता दी जा सके और आगे का प्लान तय किया जा सके।
डेटा को समझकर, यूजर्स की मदद करके, फीडबैक लेकर और उनके अनुभव (User Experience) को बेहतर बनाकर एप्लिकेशन्स के इस्तेमाल और बिजनेस के फायदे को बढ़ाना।
सुरक्षा (Security), एक्सेस कंट्रोल (किसे कितना डेटा दिखेगा), नियमों के पालन (Compliance), जरूरी दस्तावेजों (Documentation) और प्लेटफॉर्म सपोर्ट के लिए सही नियम और तरीके तय करना।
ऑटोमेशन (स्वचालित सिस्टम) और ऐसी तकनीक विकसित करना जिससे बार-बार होने वाले काम और गलतियाँ कम हों, और रोज़मर्रा के ऑपरेशन्स को आसान बनाया जा सके।
नई एआई (AI) क्षमताओं और अपडेट्स को लाइव (Production) करने के लिए पूरी तैयारी करना, जिसमें गाइड बुक्स (Runbooks), निगरानी रखना, खराबी आने पर पुराने सिस्टम पर वापस लौटने का प्लान (Rollback Plans) और सहयोगियों को ट्रेनिंग देना शामिल है।

✅ What We’re Looking For
टेक्निकल ऑपरेशन्स, प्लेटफॉर्म इंजीनियरिंग, साइट रिलायबिलिटी इंजीनियरिंग (SRE), एप्लिकेशन ऑपरेशन्स, टेक्निकल प्रोग्राम मैनेजमेंट या इससे जुड़े किसी क्षेत्र में 8 से ज्यादा सालों का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
बड़े स्तर के लाइव एप्लिकेशन या प्लेटफॉर्म्स को पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ संभालने का अनुभव होना चाहिए, विशेषकर ऐसे सिस्टम जो बिजनेस के लिए बेहद जरूरी हों या सीधे ग्राहकों से जुड़े हों।
क्लाउड-आधारित बनावट (Cloud-native architecture), एपीआई (APIs), डिस्ट्रीब्यूटेड सिस्टम, डेटा पाइपलाइन, इंटीग्रेशन और बड़ी कंपनियों के सॉफ्टवेयर के माहौल की गहरी समझ होनी चाहिए।
सिस्टम को भरोसेमंद बनाने वाले तौर-तरीकों को लागू करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए, जैसे सर्विस इंडिकेटर्स (SLIs/SLOs), मॉनिटरिंग (Observability), समस्याओं को संभालना, खराबी की असली वजह का पता लगाना (Root-cause analysis) और काम को बिना रुके जारी रखना।
सुरक्षा (Security), एक्सेस कंट्रोल, नए सॉफ्टवेयर रिलीज, नियमों के पालन (Compliance), दस्तावेजों को तैयार करने और ऑडिट (जांच) के लिए सिस्टम को हमेशा तैयार रखने के नियम बनाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
सिस्टम के डेटा, इस्तेमाल के आंकड़ों और बिजनेस के नतीजों (जैसे सेल्स में बढ़ोतरी और इस्तेमाल का असर) को समझकर प्राथमिकताओं को तय करने और कंपनी के बड़े अधिकारियों (Leadership) को प्लेटफॉर्म के परफॉर्मेंस की जानकारी देने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
बातचीत करने की बेहतरीन कला होनी चाहिए ताकि इंजीनियरिंग, प्रोडक्ट, सेल्स और अन्य सहयोगी टीमों को एक साथ मिलाकर और उनकी सहमति से काम कराया जा सके।
कंप्यूटर साइंस, इंजीनियरिंग, इनफॉर्मेशन सिस्टम्स या इससे जुड़े किसी टेक्निकल फील्ड में बैचलर डिग्री (जैसे B.Tech/B.E/BCA) या इसके बराबर का कोई अन्य व्यावहारिक अनुभव होना चाहिए।
