Responsibilities:
C3M, FileNet aur CMOD डोमेन्स के लिए बिजनेस की जरूरतों को समझना और उनके समाधान का खाका तैयार करना।
डेटा का विश्लेषण करने, उसे जांचने और सिस्टम में होने वाले बदलावों को वेरिफाई करने के लिए SQL का उपयोग करना।
सिस्टम की जरूरतों का दस्तावेज बनाना, टेस्टिंग के तरीके तय करना और उन्हें लागू करने की योजना बनाना।
गुणवत्ता और सरकारी नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए बदलावों का ऑडिट करना और सभी टीमों के साथ तालमेल बिठाना।

✅ What We’re Looking For
बिजनेस एनालिस्ट के रूप में 6 से 9+ वर्षों का अनुभव होना।
डेटा विश्लेषण, जांच और मिलान (reconciliation) के लिए जटिल SQL क्वेरी लिखने में मजबूत पकड़ होना।
बिजनेस की जरूरतों को समझने, उनका विश्लेषण करने और दस्तावेज तैयार करने के लिए ग्राहकों और हितधारकों (stakeholders) के साथ सीधे काम करने का अनुभव।
C3M (कस्टमर कम्युनिकेशंस मैनेजमेंट), IBM FileNet और IBM CMOD टूल्स की गहरी जानकारी और उन पर काम करने का व्यावहारिक अनुभव होना।
बिजनेस की जरूरतों को अंतिम प्रोडक्ट्स और तकनीकी समाधानों (technical solutions) के साथ जोड़ने की क्षमता।
डिजाइन, सिस्टम को लागू करने और डिलीवरी की जांच के लिए टेक्निकल टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम करने का अनुभव।
चेंज मैनेजमेंट की मजबूत समझ होना, जिसमें बदलाव के अनुरोधों (change requests) के प्रभाव और व्यवहारिकता का रिव्यू और ऑडिट करना शामिल है।
टेस्टिंग के तरीकों का आकलन और सत्यापन (validate) करने की क्षमता, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि वे बिजनेस की जरूरतों के अनुरूप हैं।
कंटेंट मैनेजमेंट डोमेन के अंतर्गत सिस्टम को लागू करने और डिप्लॉयमेंट (deployment) योजनाओं को रिव्यू और वेरिफाई करने का अनुभव।
डॉक्यूमेंटेशन का मजबूत कौशल, जिसमें BRDs, FRDs, डेटा मैपिंग, प्रोसेस फ्लो और यूज़ केसेस (use cases) तैयार करना शामिल है।
बारीकियों पर विशेष ध्यान देने के साथ-साथ बेहतरीन विश्लेषणात्मक (analytical) और समस्याओं को सुलझाने की क्षमता।
बोलने और लिखने में बेहतरीन संचार कौशल (communication skills) होना।
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in regulated or high-volume document environments like banking, insurance, healthcare, or government.

डॉक्यूमेंट लाइफसाइकिल मैनेजमेंट (दस्तावेजों के बनने से लेकर हटने तक की प्रक्रिया), आर्काइविंग (सुरक्षित रखने) और रिटेंशन पॉलिसियों (retention policies) की अच्छी जानकारी होना। - Exposure to ETL or data integration concepts supporting content platforms.
कंटेंट प्लेटफॉर्म्स को सपोर्ट करने वाले ETL (डेटा निकालने, बदलने और लोड करने) या डेटा इंटीग्रेशन की बुनियादी समझ होना। - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
एजाइल (Agile) या हाइब्रिड डिलीवरी मॉडल्स के तहत काम करने का अनुभव। - Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT planning and defect management.
टेस्टिंग के तरीकों की जानकारी होना, जिसमें UAT (यूज़र एक्सेप्टेंस टेस्टिंग) की प्लानिंग और कमियों/गलतियों (defect management) को संभालना शामिल है। - Ability to perform solution impact analysis and risk assessment.
बनाए गए समाधानों का सिस्टम पर क्या असर पड़ेगा (impact analysis) और उससे जुड़े खतरों का आकलन (risk assessment) करने की क्षमता। - Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
एक साथ कई काम (multitask) संभालने और दबाव वाले माहौल में भी बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने की मजबूत क्षमता।
