Responsibilities:
➡️ सुरक्षा डैशबोर्ड संभालना – TRIR, DART, ट्रेनिंग रिकॉर्ड और ऑडिट क्लोजर जैसे सभी सुरक्षा आंकड़ों (KPIs) के डैशबोर्ड और रिपोर्ट को मेंटेन रखें।
➡️ निरीक्षण और अनुपालन – सुरक्षा निरीक्षणों को ऑनलाइन (डिजिटल) दर्ज करें, कमियों या पेंडिंग कामों की पहचान करें और कंप्लायंस रिपोर्ट तैयार रखें।
➡️ हादसों की जांच और सुधार – हादसों और टल गए खतरों की रिपोर्ट जांचें, उनके मुख्य कारणों (RCA/5-Why) को डाक्यूमेंट करें और सुधारात्मक कदमों (CAPA) को पूरा होने तक ट्रैक करें।
➡️ फूड सेफ्टी सपोर्ट (AIB) – फूड सेफ्टी से जुड़े सभी जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट्स, जैसे साफ-सफाई (Sanitation), GMP, IPM और ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड को व्यवस्थित रखें।
➡️ ट्रेनिंग और रिकॉर्ड मैनेजमेंट – स्टाफ की सेफ्टी ट्रेनिंग, PIT सर्टिफिकेट, PPE असेसमेंट और उनकी एक्सपायरी डेट को ट्रैक करें और सरकारी नियमों के मुताबिक रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रखें।

✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in safety, EHS, compliance, operations, quality, or a related field.
➡️ अनुभव – सेफ्टी, EHS, कंप्लायंस, ऑपरेशन्स या क्वालिटी के क्षेत्र में कम से कम 2 साल का काम करने का अनुभव हो। - Strong analytical and data-management skills with experience maintaining reports, dashboards, or compliance databases.
➡️ डेटा मैनेजमेंट – डेटा संभालने और रिपोर्ट, डैशबोर्ड या कंप्लायंस डेटाबेस को मेंटेन करने की अच्छी समझ हो। - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation and deadlines.
➡️ डॉक्यूमेंटेशन – बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने की क्षमता हो ताकि भारी मात्रा में डॉक्यूमेंट्स और डेडलाइन्स को आसानी से मैनेज कर सकें। - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Office/365.
➡️ कंप्यूटर स्किल्स – MS Excel, MS Forms और Microsoft 365 टूल्स का इस्तेमाल करना अच्छे से आता हो। - Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently with U.S.-based teams.
➡️ कम्युनिकेशन – अंग्रेजी लिखने और बोलने में माहिर हों ताकि यू.एस. (U.S.) की टीमों के साथ बिना किसी मदद के स्वतंत्र रूप से काम कर सकें।
- Experience supporting OSHA/EHS, warehouse, transportation, or 3PL operations.
➡️ इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव – OSHA/EHS नियमों, वेयरहाउस, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन या 3PL ऑपरेशन्स में काम करने का अनुभव हो (तो प्राथमिकता मिलेगी)। - Experience with safety management or EHS software platforms.
➡️ सॉफ्टवेयर की जानकारी – सेफ्टी मैनेजमेंट या EHS सॉफ्टवेयर प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर काम करने का अनुभव हो। - Familiarity with TRIR, DART, incident reporting, RCA/5-Why, and CAPA processes.
➡️ प्रोसेस की समझ – हादसों की रिपोर्टिंग (TRIR, DART) और उनके कारणों की जांच (RCA/5-Why, CAPA) की अच्छी समझ हो। - Experience supporting AIB, GMP, food safety, or warehouse quality programs.
➡️ फूड सेफ्टी – AIB, GMP, फूड सेफ्टी या वेयरहाउस क्वालिटी प्रोग्राम्स को संभालने का बैकग्राउंड हो। - Experience using automation, AI tools, or data visualization to improve compliance workflows and reporting.
➡️ आधुनिक टूल्स – कंप्लायंस और रिपोर्टिंग को बेहतर बनाने के लिए ऑटोमेशन, AI टूल्स या डेटा विजुअलाइजेशन का इस्तेमाल करना जानते हों।
