Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests over the phone, video, chat, and email फ़ोन, वीडियो, चैट और ईमेल के ज़रिए ग्राहकों के सवालों, शिकायतों और सर्विस से जुड़े अनुरोधों को संभालना और उन्हें हल करना।
Conduct client onboarding to ensure a smooth integration process. नए ग्राहकों को अपने साथ जोड़ने (ऑनबोर्डिंग) की प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना, ताकि वे आसानी से हमारी सर्विस का इस्तेमाल शुरू कर सकें।

Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills.
अंग्रेजी बोलने और लिखने में बहुत अच्छा होना चाहिए (ताकि आप ग्राहकों से सही तरीके से बात कर सकें)।
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
चीजों को गहराई से समझने (एनालिटिकल) और समस्याओं को जल्दी हल करने की अच्छी क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
Proven experience in customer service, client onboarding, or claims resolution.
कस्टमर सर्विस, नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ने (ऑनबोर्डिंग), या उनकी शिकायतों/दावों को सुलझाने का पुराना अनुभव होना चाहिए।
Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely.
