Responsibilities:
एआई (AI) से किए गए अनुवाद को और बेहतर बनाना ताकि वह बोलने और सुनने में बिल्कुल स्वाभाविक लगे, उसका टोन सही हो और वह हमारी संस्कृति के हिसाब से सही हो।
डबिंग (dubbing), वॉइसओवर (voiceover) और वीडियो/ऑडियो कंटेंट की स्क्रिप्ट को इस तरह बदलना ताकि वह हमारे यहाँ के लोगों को आसानी से समझ आए।
सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स में मुश्किल या खास शब्दों का एक ही मतलब रहे, यह पक्का करना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर शब्दों की एक लिस्ट (ग्लोसरी) बनाकर रखना।
डबिंग और ऑडियो टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना ताकि यह पक्का हो सके कि अनुवाद किए गए शब्द बोलने और सुनने में अच्छे लगें।
काम के आधार पर अच्छी और बेहतरीन कमाई (पैसे) मिलना।

✅ What We’re Looking For
कंपनी जिन भाषाओं में काम करती है, उनमें से कम से कम एक भाषा आपको अपनी मातृभाषा की तरह बहुत अच्छे से बोलने और लिखने आनी चाहिए।
प्रोफेशनल अनुवाद (translation) या लोकलाइजेशन (सामग्री को स्थानीय लोगों के हिसाब से बदलने) के काम का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए।
सांस्कृतिक बारीकियों की गहरी समझ होनी चाहिए ताकि सामग्री को सुनने या देखने वाले दर्शकों के हिसाब से सही तरीके से ढाला जा सके।
बारीकियों पर बहुत बारीकी से ध्यान देने की आदत होनी चाहिए और भाषा को बिल्कुल शुद्ध और सही रखने का पक्का इरादा होना चाहिए।
बिना किसी की मदद के खुद से काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए और बेहतरीन क्वालिटी का काम तय समय पर पूरा करके देने की आदत होनी चाहिए।
