✅ Requirements

Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
सीनियर HR मैनेजर या इसी तरह के किसी पद पर काम करने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए।

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
HR सॉफ्टवेयर चलाने का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान हो (जैसे सैलरी सिस्टम और भर्ती ट्रैक करने वाले टूल्स)।

Solid understanding of labor legislation
सरकारी लेबर कानूनों और नियमों की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।

Excellent communication abilities

Leadership skills
