• Process: Blended (Chat & Email support + Inbound & Outbound calls)

✅ Requirements

1. English Communication (शानदार अंग्रेजी भाषा की समझ)

• Excellent English communication skills.
• आपकी अंग्रेजी बोलने और लिखने की क्षमता बहुत शानदार होनी चाहिए ताकि आप विदेशी ग्राहकों से बिना रुके बात कर सकें।

2. BPO Experience (बीपीओ का प्रमाणित अनुभव) 

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice – on paper).
• आपके पास किसी कॉल सेंटर या बीपीओ (BPO) में कम से कम 6 महीने काम करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए, और इसका आपके पास सर्टिफिकेट या एक्सपीरियंस लेटर (On Paper) होना ज़रूरी है (चाहे वह कॉलिंग का काम हो या चैटिंग/ईमेल का)। 

3. System Requirements (कंप्यूटर और इंटरनेट की ज़रूरत)

• English: Laptop & stable broadband connection required.
• Hindi: आपके पास काम करने के लिए खुद का लैपटॉप होना चाहिए और घर पर एक मजबूत व स्थिर ब्रॉडबैंड इंटरनेट (Wifi) कनेक्शन होना ज़रूरी है।

4. Student Status (पढ़ाई कर रहे छात्र योग्य नहीं हैं)

• English: Not hiring pursuing students.
• Hindi: जो छात्र अभी अपनी कॉलेज या स्कूल की पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं (Pursuing), कंपनी उन्हें नौकरी पर नहीं रख रही है। इसके लिए आपकी पढ़ाई पूरी हो चुकी होनी चाहिए

1. Working Days & Week Off (हफ्ते में 6 दिन काम और छुट्टी)

• English: 6 days working, 1 rotational week off.
• Hindi: आपको हफ्ते में 6 दिन काम करना होगा। आपकी हफ्ते की एक छुट्टी (Week Off) फिक्स नहीं होगी, बल्कि वह हर हफ्ते बदलती (Rotational) रहेगी (जैसे कभी मंगलवार को तो कभी गुरुवार को)। 

2. Rotational Shifts & Night Shifts (बदलती शिफ़्ट और नाइट शिफ़्ट) 

• English: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Hindi: आपके काम करने का समय (Shift) बदलता रहेगा। चूंकि यह US के ग्राहकों के लिए है, इसलिए इसमें रात के समय काम करना (Night Shift) भी शामिल होगा। आपकी शिफ़्ट कभी दिन की तो कभी रात की हो सकती है।
